• Any 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 student from a 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 background.
• Only 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐨 participation is 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:

• This segment will be conducted in a 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞.
• Participants are 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 to keep articles relevant to the technological or STEM field.

• The article must be written in English and have a word count of between 𝟓𝟎𝟎-𝟕𝟎𝟎.

𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐩:

• October 25: Registration Closes
• November 02: Submission Closes

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬:

• For 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬, the registration fee is 80 BDT and for 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 the registration fee is 100 BDT.
• Participants are required to complete a Google Form for the registration.
• A confirmation email will be sent within 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬.
• After confirming the registration, Participants will be provided a submission link via mail. All participants must submit the pdf of the article in the provided Google Form Link.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Any Bangladeshi 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 students.
• Students from different universities may form a team with a maximum of 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 team members.
• There must be at least one female team member in groups of 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 people. Both Male and Female are allowed to register for a 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞-𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:

“𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠” segment will be taking place in 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬. The Phases are:

• 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝
• 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝
• 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝
  
• In 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝, a 𝟏𝟓𝟎-𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 must be submitted as a requirement.
• The selected teams of phase-1 will be the participants of phase-2 which is the “𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝”.
• In 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 (𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞-𝟐), each selected team is required to submit a 𝟓-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬, which may consist of either a 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 or an 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝.
• Based on these videos, teams will get the chance to the “𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝” (𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞-𝟑).
• In the final round, each selected team has to give an 𝐎𝐧-𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of their projects, which includes a 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 based on their projects.
• The 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 will be announced at the 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 of the event.

𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐩:

• October 28: Registration and submission closes for the Preliminary Round.
• November 02: Video Submission for the Semifinal Round
• November 05: Result of Semifinal round

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Any Bangladeshi students.
• In the 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 segment, students from the same or different universities may form a team with a maximum of 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 members.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:

• Posters should focus on technological projects or any subjects related to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields.
• The poster presentation segment will be taking place in 𝐭𝐰𝐨 phases.
• In the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 (𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞-𝟏), poster must be submitted as a requirement, and selected 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 will advance to the 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝.
• The submission link will be sent 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.
• The Poster must be original.
• The 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐮𝐩𝐬 will be announced at the 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 of the event.

𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐩:
